During these years, I have progressed through every stage of the trade — from rigger to crane operator, and from foreman to project manager.
Through this broad experience, we understand the work not only in theory but, more importantly, in practice. We know what happens on the shop floor, we understand the challenges of complex lifting projects, and we know how crucial clear communication, safety, and craftsmanship are.
